Slide. Screen on. Slide. Screen off. Slide. Screen on. With a frustrated sigh, slide. Screen off.
Oh heck. beeeeep beeep beeeep beeep beeeeep beeep beeep beeeeep. Ring ring ring ring ring. No answer. Slide.
“Sigh.”
“Oh, forget it,” while looking around the lighted streets inappreciatively.
Switching on the iPod Nano, the world became oblivious once more…

Despite of going to East Coast Park for another 2-hour long non-stop cycling, I think I have put on weight instead of losing them again.
Saturday – Cousin’s 21st birthday. Burp! Cycling from the Kite Runners to halfway point of the Changi Coast Park Connector and back (app. 20KM again).
Sunday – My dad bought home some 来历不明 roast duck. Super yummy and sinful. Burp! No swimming today, because I decided to take a long nap. Thanks to fiefie and Jean for mentioning.

I just had a hair cut at QB House. I needed it fast.
“High slope. Top trimmed a bit.”
“OK, high slope. Want it like spike styled?”
“Er…. OK.”
The thing about going to such 10-minutes quick cut places is that I will never get the same hairstyle. Every time I go for a hair cut with them, the hairdresser will asked for some options. From there, he will build up and cut the hair. Snip, snip, there goes my hair:
(Thanks to Plurk for the photo. Everyone should try the Daily Photo function.)
After the liquid/water sprayed onto my hair evaporated, the hair became like that. I could not take it sooner as I do not own a camera handphone. Like no difference from my past haircuts, except it is shorter nia. Boo. And oh, after the cut, I was wondering how I am going to spike this hair cut. I do not know how to use hair gel/spray, whatever…
To end this, I realised that I dislike hairdressers using the shaver or scissors to touch up on my hair after being asked if the haircut is OK. I expected that he would just clean up. And every time the hairdresser does this, I would almost jumped out of my own skin. Being very tired today, I almost panicked. Rah. Time to change my expectations: Hairdressing is not done until the hairdresser allows me to leave the high chair.
